Can I alter or cancel my order?

We completely get that you might have changed your mind. However, at the moment, we are unable to alter or cancel an order is placed.

In case the product you've ordered is from a category that is returnable, you can exchange or return.

Can I speak to someone regarding an order I've placed?

Absolutely! You can reach out to us on whatsapp support or email us at with any questions, concerns, or feedback.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, you can check the status via the tracking link shared with you through WhatsApp/email. Alternatively, you can put your order ID in the track my order section on our website to get updates on when the order is to be delivered.


Do you ship to my pincode?

We currently ship to most pin codes in India through our logistics partners. We do not ship orders internationally at the moment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping in north, west and south regions in India would take 3-7 days depending on your pincode. Once an order is placed, you will receive intimation for when your order will be delivered.

I want my order early, can you help?

We will try our best to be able to fulfil your order at the earliest. Please reach out to us on whatsapp with your order ID and we will confirm if we can get your order dispatched early.

Are there additional shipping charges?

You get free shipping for all prepaid orders above Rs.500. For prepaid orders below Rs.500, a flat fee of Rs.49 is charged.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

All products are not returnable. Make sure to check the returns policy on a product when ordering. Consumable products (such as candles and vermicompost), products for babies and kids, and breakable products (such as ceramics, glass, stone) are non-returnable.
For returnable products, a request should be registered within 3 days from purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed once we receive the product, and complete a quality check.

What do I do if I get a damaged or incorrect product?

We try our best to ensure the right product reaches the customer in the way it's supposed to. But sometimes our warehouse team might make a mistake! We're sorry for the inconvenience that may be caused by receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
You can reach out to us through whatsapp support or email us at if you've received a wrong or damaged product. Make sure to include photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product.


What payment options are available?

We take prepaid orders and payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, wallets, and 'buy now pay later' or instalments option by Simpl.

Is COD available?

We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) for our products at the moment. This will soon be enabled. Drop your email below to get intimation for when COD is made available for all orders.

How can I place a bulk order?

Can I customise packaging for a bulk gifting order?

Absolutely! We offer packaging customisation for bulk gifting orders, with a minimum order quantity of 25 pieces per product. Reach out to us on whatsapp or email and we'll help you curate the same.
