RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

10club's return and exchange policy gives you the option to return items purchased on 10clubhomes.com for specified product categories only. These are mentioned below. We do not offer exchange on products. Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected at our premises. 

Return Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, however, returns and replacements will be at the discretion of 10club only. Also please note, for products bought on affiliate discounts, the return policy for them will be as per the policy published while taking the voucher from the affiliate.

To initiate the process please follow the instructions below:

  • 3 day easy-return window for returnable products, Make sure to check the returns policy on the product you are ordering. The same is mentioned for each product.
  • Irrespective of the standard returns policy, any consumables (such as candles, fertilisers), baby and kids products, breakable products (such as ceramic, glass, stone, acrylic) are non-returnable.
  • If you have received a damaged or wrong product and it is non-returnable, reach out to us on whatsapp or email. We are here to help!
  • For all return requests or cases where there is damage or wrong product received, it is mandatory to provide photos/videos of the product and packaging. This can be shared with us either on whatsapp or on our returns portal. 
  • All products need to be returned in original packaging along with all the tags intact and in unused condition
  • It would be the responsibility of the customer to ensure the packaging on the return product is the same as what was received.
  • We will initiate refunds as soon as we receive and complete a quality check of the product received. This may take up to 15 days after placing a returns request based on a best-effort basis.
  • Many of our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape, or size may occur between products that are not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Exchange Policy

We don't offer exchanges for the products. You can raise the return request as per the return policy and then place a fresh order for a new product.

 

Return Pick-Up Policy

At 10club, we offer our customers a convenient, hassle-free, return pick-up policy. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the entire pick-up process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.

  • You can submit a request from the website or e-mail us at contact@10clubhomes.com within 3 days from the date of delivery in the case of returnable products or wrong products received or damaged products received. You can also WhatsApp us on the website.
  • Please mention your order number and share product images along with the reason for the return to help us quickly process your returns. 
  • All returns requests have to be approved by 10club team.
  • Please ensure that the returned product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in a re-saleable condition.
  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the product tags.
  • The pick-up delivery agent will do a basic quality check for the product. If the quality check fails, the delivery agent reserves the right to refuse the pick-up.
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The responsibility of safe packaging lies with you.
  • The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 5 business days from the date of request.
  • After receiving the item(s), if the product passes the basic quality check your request for returns would be processed. 
Cancellation of Return Request
  • A request for a return once made can be cancelled by contacting Customer Service at contact@10clubhomes.com. In case the Logistics Service provider arrives to receive the shipment and you want to cancel the request, you may choose to inform the logistics service provider that you do not wish to return the product. 
Claiming Refunds
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:
  • As the charge on your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.
  • In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end after receiving and completing the QC on the products.
  • Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
  • Refunds can happen via 10club credits/gift cards 
  • Refunds via 10club credits/giftcards can be redeemed on the next purchase at 10clubhomes.com within the validity date given.
  • Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7-8 business days after receiving and completing the QC on the products.
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
  • Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
  • For bulk orders or customized orders, the above policy does not apply. Returns will be discussed on a case by case basis for such orders.
